Registration to the workshop is now open!
To register to the workshop, please download, fill and send to pmbt2026-request@lists.infn.it the editable registration form available at this link: Registration form.

Fee information
Early registration standard (before 31st March): 300 euro (VAT included) (€ 245.90 + € 54.10 VAT)
Registration for students/residents/PhDs: 200 euro (VAT included) (€ 286.89 + € 63.11 VAT)
Late registration standard (from1st April): 350 euro (VAT included) (€ 163.93 + € 36.07 VAT)
Social dinner (optional): 50 euro
Your registration fee will include the following:
o Participation to all scientific sessions (minibeamproduction, dosimetry, radiobiology, clinical perspectives, correlation with FLASH-RT)
o Lunches and coffee breaks
o Welcome cocktail: registration includes food and drinks at our welcome cocktail which will be held in the afternoon of the 28th April at the workshop venue.
Conference dinner, which will be the 29th of April (Day 2) is optional (50 euro) and not included in the standard fee.
Fee payment instruction for INFN employees and associates
INFN employees and associates are required to pay only the VAT-excluded fee, via bank transfer or credit card. The institute will pay the corresponding VAT directly to EVENTI IN FIORE agency, which will issue an electronic invoice for the full amount, addressed to the INFN . All the information is clearly indicated in the registration form.
